Alpha  God is continuing to use the Alpha Course as a means of communicating His truth across The challenge is to investigate the meaning of life and the relevance of the Christian faith in our lives. Who is Jesus and why did He die? How can I be sure of my faith? Why and how should I read my Bible? Who is the Holy Spirit? These are only some of the topics investigated during our ten weeks together. The only reference used is the Bible. Here at W.E.F.C. we are into our seventh year of running this course and we thank God for those who have attended. Several have come to faith and many have gained a new appreciation for what Christ has done for them. We currently are running with a group of approximately fifteen which includes five leaders. We begin with supper which is invaluable in getting to know people and make them feel comfortable, then we view the video in which Nicky Gumbel teaches on the topic of the evening. After this we break into small groups to discuss any question or concern which someone in the group may have. God is using His word to change lives!
