Answer me when I call, God, who vindicates me. Psalm 4:1

Vindication is not a word that we typically use.  Yet, it reflects our need in times when we feel accused, blamed, or singled out.  How are we supposed to pray when we feel these things?  This psalm walks us through the kind of prayer that we bring to God in the midst of this kind of adversity; when others insult our honour, when they lie about us, when they scandalize our faith.

When we trust God's ways and determine to fulfill his actions, we discover new joy and peace in the midst of these kinds of struggles.
