If you have employees or volunteers for whom you are responsible do you treat them with fairness and respect? In this brief portion Paul, speaking in the context of slaves and masters, reminds both groups (and us too) that ultimately, as believers, our responsibility is to the Lord and He is the One we honour or dishonour with the service we provide.
