God wanted to make known among the Gentiles the glorious wealth of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hopeof glory. - Colossians 1:27
In our time in Colossians, we have considered the rich depths of the person and character of Christ Jesus. Paul goes to great lengths to present Jesus as the central hope and focus of our faith in the one true God. As this hope is presented, we are seeing the work of God to proclaim Jesus to the whole world. In our text this week, we read about the way that the mystery of Christ is shown to be clear for those who need hope.
