Colossians

This short book of the New Testament was written to help the church in the city of Colossae to live in growing faithfulness to Jesus Christ. This was a challenge for the church because of the competing influences that were pressing at them, each one trying to edge out their fledgling faith in Jesus.  

As we proceed into the fall season, we will explore this helpful book of Scripture as it outlines how we resist the influencing pressures on our own faith and how we can experience Jesus Christ together as a community.
